Job Summary
Responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of product and technical training programs to support employee competency across the organization. Ensure that employees, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams, are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, clinical understanding, and practical application skills related to medical devices and equipment.
Supports the companys learning and development objectives by conducting structured training sessions, in-field assessments, and certification activities to build a competent and confident workforce.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy) preferred
- At least 13 years of experience in training, facilitation, or product education, preferably in medical devices or healthcare-related products
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to translate technical and medical concepts into simple, practical, and engaging content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms/tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple training schedules and priorities
