Moonleaf Office RCS Building, Matatag Street, Central Quezon City
Who Were Looking For
- At least College Level or Graduate (Preferably HRM or any related course)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coffee industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable facilitating or presenting training sessions
- Strong coaching and observation skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in guiding teams
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Physically fit for hands-on training and store visits
Your Mission
- Train and guide new and existing team members
- Help develop confident and skilled baristas
- Support store teams in maintaining great service and product standards
- Create engaging, interactive training sessions
