Training Officer – Heavy Equipment & Trucks

As a Training Officer – Heavy Equipment & Trucks at SANY Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for supporting and implementing comprehensive training programs for the company's heavy equipment and truck operators. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and prepare training materials and programs to ensure operators are proficient in the safe and efficient use of SANY heavy equipment and trucks.
• Conduct hands-on and instructor-led training sessions for new and existing operators.
• Monitor the performance of trained operators and provide coaching and technical guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to stay updated on equipment features, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessment results, and operator certifications.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Ensure all training activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in identifying operator training needs and developing appropriate training solutions.
• Support the Training Manager or relevant department in organizing training schedules, assessments, and other training activities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, heavy equipment operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and truck operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Experience in operating or training operators of construction, mining, or industrial equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct practical and classroom-based training.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in preparing training materials, reports, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
• Certification in heavy equipment/truck operation or training is an advantage.
