Training Officer - Beauty

Managing Retail Operations Excellence by adapting and developing brand-specific education content to meet market requirements, and deliver all brand-specific content to commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and adapt regional programs and curriculum for local relevance and delivery.
• Collate and communicate relevant marketing information across commercial teams.
• Initiate full brand education curriculum-planning and calendar in accordance with brand standards and timelines.
• Develop locally relevant instore Education content for commercial sales including product tech sheets, guidelines and how to's, tools, coaching tips, spiels, and services menu.
• Plan and coordinate mystery shopping program and action plans for customer service excellence.
• Conduct regular field visit to monitor training retention and application.
• Hosts and/or spearhead masterclass and beauty class.
• Assist in handling recruitment of sales force for brand image and high performance.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above
• 3 years and above experiences in Retail, Sales, or related industries
• Make-up artistry and/or Skincare training exposure
• Solid Beauty Retail experience is a plus
