Description

Position Purpose:

The Training Manager will plan, develop, and manage activities associated with the training and development of Consultants, Trainers, and management within a specified site. The incumbent will maintain a climate of customer oriented service excellence by motivating and empowering team members and exceeding customer relationships.



Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development
  • Design, develop, and deliver product training curricula (instructor-led, virtual, and online formats).
  • Create training materials such as documentation, simulations, role plays, and multimedia content.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and target audiences.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Facilitate workshops and product knowledge sessions for employees, sales teams, and customers.
  • Ensure training programs align with business goals and product launches.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for product training and documentation needs.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Identify KPIs and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Implement measurement and evaluation processes to assess employee and business impact.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align training with organizational priorities.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships to ensure training adds measurable value.

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5–7+ years in training, instructional design, or product enablement.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex product information into clear, engaging training.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
