Your Role, Your Impact
The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development programs that enhance employee performance, skills, and productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify organizational learning needs through analysis, performance gaps, and stakeholder consultation.
- Lead the development of structured learning programs, curricula, and training materials.
- Ensure programs are relevant, scalable, and aligned with competency frameworks.
- Conduct and/or oversee training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Oversee facilitators, trainers, and external vendors.
- Establish KPIs and evaluation methods to measure training outcomes
- Analyze feedback, performance data, and ROI of learning programs.
- Continuously improve training based on results and organizational needs.
- Supervise trainers and learning specialists.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development.
- Prepare and monitor the training budget.
- Optimize resource utilization (tools, platforms, facilities, vendors).
- Ensure cost-effective learning solutions.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or units in OD, HR, or related disciplines is an advantage
- Licenses/Certifications (preferred but not required):
- • Certification in Training and Development
- • Certification in Instructional Design, Coaching, Facilitation, or Learning Management Systems
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in training and development, with exposure to program design, facilitation, and evaluation
- Demonstrated skills in facilitation, training coordination, and reporting.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing trainers, facilitators, or L&D teams.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating structured training programs
