Training Manager (Pharmaceutical experience only - L&D)

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, has strong pharmaceutical industry experience, and can effectively deliver product knowledge and leadership training while driving employee engagement through company-wide learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product training for Dermatology, Oncology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, and General Medicines.
• Develop and facilitate training modules and learning programs.
• Deliver soft skills and leadership training.
• Conduct field coaching and validate sales and product management capabilities.
• Organize company-wide events such as National Conference, Team Building, and Christmas Party.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical or Life Sciences, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience as a Training Manager, District Manager, or Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
