Role Description The Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for staff across branches and Head office ensuring consistent service quality and operational standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, creating training materials and modules, scheduling and facilitating in-person and classroom-style sessions, and monitoring training outcomes. The Training Manager collaborates with operations and HR to align training with business goals, supports onboarding for new hires, and leads refresher and upskilling programs for existing team members. The role also involves maintaining training records, tracking performance improvements, and continuously refining learning strategies based on feedback and business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Ability to design, develop, and implement training programs, including curriculum planning, instructional design, and delivery of workshops or seminars.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and presentation, with the capacity to engage diverse learners and adapt training styles to different audiences.
  • Experience in assessing training needs, evaluating training effectiveness, and using data or feedback to improve learning interventions.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple training schedules, maintain documentation, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear training materials, guidelines, and reports.
  • Proficiency in basic office and presentation software (e.g., MS Office, presentation tools), and familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in training, learning and development, or operations management, preferably in retail, service, or hospitality environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and occasionally travel to branch locations as needed.
