Role Opportunity:
Identify, evaluate and implement training plans for operational staff Purpose improve processes in the handling and execution of training programs in line with the country's Learning and Development Roadmap & to deploy the planned CIS - Certified International Specialists Functional Modules. Continuously challenge the existing Learning Triangle and Execution/completion of standard coaching forms and L&D Performance Discussion & Feedback forms
Your Tasks:
What you bring
.2-3 years relevant business experience
.Experience working in a Project Implementation
.Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment
.Bachelor's degree inindustrial engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field certifications inL&D, Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Managementare an advantage
.Demonstrated success indesigning and implementing endtoend operational training programs, including onboarding, process training, quality, productivity, safety, and compliance
.Strong analytical skills with the ability tomeasure training impacton productivity, quality, cost, and service levels
