JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Educate and entice promoters, front liners & OIC about mobile products and special promos thru regular training sessions
- Ensure all promoters both newly hired and existing, are regularly updated with all product knowledge and special promo mechanics
- Provides training and coaching to bottom-level performers (those not achieving the KPI for Revenue sell-out).
- Develops a competency and skill sets in an individual to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace
- Directly reporting to the sales coach
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in telecommunication/mobile technology and the retail industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to travel
Eligible for HMO after 6 months tenure
