Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager in BGC, Taguig. The Training Manager will oversee the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring they meet quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing training materials, facilitating training sessions, and monitoring staff performance to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks. The individual will also be responsible for continuously improving training methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis using job roles, performance appraisals, and business feedback.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, product, process, and leadership development programs.
Process & Product Enablement
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure training content reflects current processes and product updates.
  • Drive process improvements through targeted learning interventions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client training requirements and feedback.
Organizational Development
  • Support OD initiatives such as succession planning, career pathing, and competency development.
  • Facilitate workshops and learning sessions that promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor training ROI and impact on organizational performance metrics.
Performance & Quality
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data.
  • Lead internal and external business reviews to showcase training impact.
  • Ensure compliance with client expectations, company policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training management, preferably in a BPO or digital services environment.
  • Strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with modern training tools (e-learning, simulations, LMS platforms).
  • Willingness to work onsite at Six/NEO, BGC and adapt to night shifts or shifting schedules.
