Job Description

We're Hiring: Manager – Training!

Step into a leadership role where you'll drive performance, optimize operations, and inspire a high-performing team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day activities of training staff and liaising with different departments for TNI, communication and follow-up
  • Responsible for selecting, developing, and managing performance of direct/indirect reports
  • Perform periodic assessment of classroom/facilitation skills of direct reports
  • Develop and manage project work plans and timelines
  • Management of periodic training reports
  • Training Curriculum Development
  • Client Interaction - Prepares and presents Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reviews
  • Compliance - Ensure adherence to the Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, Client Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy and Learning Agreement
  • Business Development Efforts - Provides input pertinent to training during RFP process
  • Employee Retention - Works with cross-functional departments and leads the team in participating and contributing to employee retention plans

Qualifications:

  • College Level; preferably a degree holder
  • At least 5 years as Training Manager with experience managing Training for a Travel & Hospitality campaigns
  • Must have background managing Travel/Hospitality programs
  • Must be familiar with Global Distribution System (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
  • Amenable to work on-site in Shaw, Mandaluyong City
  • Amenable with shifting schedules
