The role will lead the training/learning delivery team and ensure effective execution of training programs aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Trainers and Learning Specialists and drive team performance
• Oversee onboarding, training, nesting, and continuous learning programs
• Monitor training effectiveness, learner performance, and key metrics
• Coach trainers and ensure consistent training quality and standards
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Quality to address performance gaps
• Identify opportunities to improve learning programs and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of Training/L&D experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• BPO or corporate training experience preferred
