Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging onboarding, skills development, and leadership training programs aligned with company goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and strengthen team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, best practices, and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning that fosters high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in sales or customer-focused industries.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with expertise in diverse training delivery methods.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable training programs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
