Job Title: Trainer / Training Facilitator

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Online Trainer/Facilitator to lead interactive, virtual workshops on modern AI tools and digital productivity. In this remote role, you will lead hands-on learning sessions that empower professionals from different industries to integrate generative AI safely, ethically, and effectively into their daily routines. Materials and facilitator guides are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead interactive online training focused on practical applications of artificial intelligence in the workplace

● Walk participants through live demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-time troubleshooting using AI applications

● Emphasize data privacy compliance, ethical considerations, and best practices when utilizing digital tools

● Contribute in enhancing or updating of existing training materials

● Collaborate with the training team to ensure alignment of training content with organizational

policies and regulatory requirements

● Foster an active, welcoming virtual environment that invites questions, monitors individual progress, and offers constructive feedback

● Maintain accurate attendance and learner progress records

● Develop effective practice questions, exercises and activities to support learning objectives

● Stay updated on emerging trends in workplace AI and digital productivity

● Perform other training-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● At least 2 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or conducting training sessions

● Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop, high-speed internet, a webcam, and a clear audio headset to lead uninterrupted online training sessions

● Practical, working knowledge of Generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot) alongside standard office suites (Google Workspace or MS Office)

● Excellent communication skills (English and Filipino) with a knack for breaking down technical concepts into accessible language

● Experience in preparing reports, documenting learner progress, and giving feedback

● Willingness to sign and comply with company agreements, including Non-Disclosure and curriculum usage policy

Preferred Qualifications / (Nice to Have):

● Awareness of national data protection regulations (e.g., Philippine Data Privacy Act / RA 10173)

● Familiarity with low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate

● Previous experience with Education, BPO, IT, or digital-enabled services industry preferred

● Experience as a college instructor is a plus

● Certification in related area is an advantage
