We are looking for a Customer & Partner Success Enablement Partner to design and deliver scalable enablement experiences that empower customers and implementation partners to succeed with Inriver.
In this role, you will build onboarding and adoption programs that equip teams with the skills, behaviors, and best practices needed to deliver value quickly and consistently. Working closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, and Product Enablement, you will ensure that learning is applied in real-world scenarios and drives measurable outcomes for customers and partners.
A key priority in this role will be designing and launching scalable onboarding programs for:
- Customer Success teams
- Implementation partners
- Customers
You will leverage modern learning technologies and enablement practices to create consistent, reusable, and impactful learning experiences that accelerate onboarding, adoption, and time-to-value.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end enablement experiences for Customer Success onboarding, Implementation Partner onboarding, and Customer onboarding.
- Design blended learning journeys that combine product training, best practices, tools, templates, and social learning.
- Partner with Product Enablement to ensure product training is applied effectively in customer and partner contexts.
- Enable Customer Success teams to reinforce learning and support adoption with customers at scale.
- Design modular, reusable enablement programs aligned with the enablement intake and lifecycle model.
- Continuously improve programs based on learner feedback, adoption insights, and business needs.
- Define and track success metrics such as onboarding readiness, time-to-first-value, and product adoption indicators.
What You Bring
- Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding or enablement programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience using learning technologies such as LMS or LXP platforms to build and scale enablement programs.
- Experience in Customer Success Enablement, Partner Enablement, Learning & Development, or Customer Success roles.
- Strong program and learning experience design mindset focused on outcomes, scalability, and reuse.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
