We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Director to lead our Learning & Development strategy across multiple healthcare BPO verticals.
This role will be pivotal in designing, executing, and overseeing training programs that drive employee performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and align with client-specific operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for new hires, ongoing skill development, leadership development, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, HR, and Client Services to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and client expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, and training coordinators across multiple sites or regions.
- Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data.
- Ensure all training content is current, compliant with healthcare regulations, and tailored to specific roles (claims processing, prior authorization, medical coding, RCM, etc.).
- Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, usage, and reporting.
- Partner with clients to understand onboarding and performance requirements, and adjust training frameworks accordingly.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in a training leadership or Director role within a BPO or healthcare setting.
- Proven experience developing and scaling training programs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of healthcare processes including payer/provider operations, medical billing, RCM, or clinical documentation.
- Experience with regulatory compliance training (HIPAA, PHI, CMS guidelines).
