Job Summary
We are looking for a Training Associate/Assistant who will support the development and delivery of training programs to help our teams understand and confidently promote our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing training materials and presentations
- Support and/or facilitate training sessions (in-person and online)
- Help coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Participate in field visits for product demonstrations and coaching
- Monitor attendance and gather feedback from participants
- Help evaluate training effectiveness and learning progress
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams for training needs
- Ensure training materials are updated and organized
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field (Medical, Business, Marketing, or related courses)
- Open to fresh graduates; experience in training, teaching, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and speak in front of groups
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Willing to travel for fieldwork and on-site training, in-field assessment
