Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Associate/Assistant who will support the development and delivery of training programs to help our teams understand and confidently promote our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing training materials and presentations
  • Support and/or facilitate training sessions (in-person and online)
  • Help coordinate training schedules and logistics
  • Participate in field visits for product demonstrations and coaching
  • Monitor attendance and gather feedback from participants
  • Help evaluate training effectiveness and learning progress
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams for training needs
  • Ensure training materials are updated and organized

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any relevant field (Medical, Business, Marketing, or related courses)
  • Open to fresh graduates; experience in training, teaching, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and speak in front of groups
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork and on-site training, in-field assessment
