Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and study on specific purpose or topics (target market, profiling of sales associates, competitors products, compensation, etc.)
  • Collate research materials and maintain updated comparative study.
  • Assist in the activities such as training, product launching, sales presentations, meetings, etc.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training programs.
  • Assist in Training Need Analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring training activities of branches through submitted and encoded attendance sheet.
  • Assist in monitoring the productivity of new recruits.
  • Create and monitor sales kit inventory, training materials such as price list, forms and office supplies.
  • Conduct Orientation Training (table training).
  • Prepare monthly training and productivity report per branch.
  • Encoding of training conducted in branches and head office.
  • Assist Sales Division Head in scheduling of activities, data gathering and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Psychology, Marketing or Management Course.
  • Strong research and analytical skills (market studies, competitor analysis, and training evaluation).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for encoding, reporting, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluating training activities.
