Position Purpose

Training & Quality Specialist will provide structured technical training and coaching to Client Service Administrators (CSAs), driving performance improvement, quality assurance, and consistent capability development in line with business goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure strategic alignment of the training program with business goals
  • Evaluate individual and team performance to ensure training meets business needs and drives improvement
  • Identify and align training needs with the Team Managers, International Office through Needs Assessments.
  • Document, Develop, and Deliver training process guides
  • Collaborate with Systems and Processes division to ensure system workflows accurately deliver best practice business outcomes.
  • Act as Point of Contact for CSAs in resolving technical issue(s), responding to queries and providing coaching to CSAs on the resolutions of specific issue(s) as appropriate
  • Implement quality checking of completed CSA tasks – including identifying needs for improvement and providing training to maximize CSA effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Manage the onboarding program for new entrants to the business

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience working withing the AU Financial Advice Industry
  • Knowledge on, but not limited to Implementation of advice strategies, Trading, Financial Governance, Compliance, Ethical and Privacy Guidelines
  • Proficiency in Xplan, with proven ability to train individuals and/or groups at different levels of competency. Xplan is our source of truth and CRM
  • Experience in generating Investment Platform and Insurance Application Forms, along with associated documents to fulfill the recommended advice strategies from SOAs and ROAs
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Desire to help individuals improve their knowledge and Skills in AU Financial Planning environment
  • Knowledge of Product Provider Processes – Panorama / HUB 24 / CFS / Australian Super are examples of platforms utilized frequently
  • Business Degree and/or RG146 Qualifications are highly regarded
  • Enjoy working with a young growing high energy team of individuals
