Job Description

Training and Development

1. Meets with the Country HR Director and Business Line Leaders to determine the goals and deliverables for the Country-wide and Business Line level.

2. Carefully studies all company procedures and policies.

3. Provides introductions and orientations to newly hired employees.

4. Trains employees in the core programs of the company.

5. Coordinate the conduct and oversees safety training sessions in tandem with the HSSE Team.

6. Implements customer service training programs.

7. Explains new company procedures and policies when necessary.

8. Holds office training workshops and refresher courses for established employees. 9. Attends training conferences, as needed.

10. Addresses employee questions about policy and procedures.

11. Conducts performance reviews of individual employees or satellite offices in relation with Training ROI.

12. Writes up detailed performance reports and submits these to Country HR Head.

13. Follow up with staff with regards to Human Resources and Training compliance.

Employee Engagement

1. Perform all work in a manner consistent with the Company's mission, values, and philosophies.

2. Promote positive relationships with staff and leadership by representing the Country HR to different Business Lines.

3. Multi-task extensively throughout each day and utilize project management skills to plan and coordinate the successful execution and management of competing priorities.

4. Respond to emails from employee relations related inquiries in a timely manner.

5. Supports employee-engagement activities to foster camaraderie and help uplift employee.

6. Supports Internal Communication tasks by releasing official HR and corporate updates and write-ups of Country Engagement Programs for Corporate Intranet release.

7. Recognize employee issues and proactively suggest solutions or best practices to address issues.

8. Identify employee concerns and monitor overall employee satisfaction.

9. Partner with leadership and employees to develop and implement employee engagement action plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating employee training and engagement initiatives
  • Proven ability to boost employee engagement, learning participation, and knowledge retention
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse audiences
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements
  • Customer- or employee-centric approach with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Willing to work in Pasong Tamo Extension, Chino Roces Ave. Makati
