Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in developing employee engagement and retention strategies, designing and implementing performance management systems, and conducting training needs analysis with program facilitation.
Strong background in employee relations and incident management, with the ability to develop HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
