Position Overview
We are looking for a Training Specialist who will focus on product orientation, demonstrations, and hands-on training for INGCO products. The role is responsible for ensuring employees and store personnel fully understand product functions, features, and proper usage.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product orientation sessions explaining functions and features of INGCO products
Perform hands-on demonstrations of tools and equipment
Train employees, sales staff, and store personnel on product usage
Demonstrate proper handling and safe operation of power tools
Provide clear and engaging product presentations
Assist in introducing new product lines through orientation sessions
Answer product-related inquiries and provide technical guidance
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for training schedules
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related course
Experience in product orientation, training, or product demonstration is an advantage
Confident in conducting hands-on product demonstrations
Strong presentation and communication skills
Knowledgeable or willing to learn INGCO products and power tools
Ability to explain technical product features clearly
Organized and detail-oriented
Willing to work onsite in Caloocan City
