Job Description

The Training and Development Associate supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of sales training programs to enhance the performance and productivity of sales teams and partners. This role ensures smooth execution of training activities, assists in developing learning materials, and helps maintain high-quality training delivery aligned with sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and preparing sales training materials, modules, scripts, and presentations
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant arrangements for sales training sessions
  • Support the facilitation of onboarding and continuous training programs for sales teams and partners
  • Monitor attendance, track training progress, and maintain accurate records of sales training activities
  • Help evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection, surveys, and basic performance tracking
  • Provide administrative and on-ground support during training sessions, workshops, and events
  • Ensure training materials, sales kits, and tools are organized, updated, and readily available
  • Assist in identifying sales training needs based on performance gaps and feedback
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation on training activities and outcomes for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar tools
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
  • Willing to work closely with sales teams and support fast-paced training operations
  • Preferred experience in a sales environment (e.g., real estate) is an advantage
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in training, sales, or administrative support roles
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
