OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Learning Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our suite of learning technologies, ensuring seamless delivery, tracking, and analysis of learning programs across the organization. This role will be central to configuring, maintaining, and reporting on platforms that power our employee learning experience, with a focus on operational excellence, data-driven insights, and learner engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Management System (LMS) Administer and manage the Cornerstone LMS, including user assignments, course enrollment, reporting, and system configuration to support compliance and development programs.
Learning Content Management System (LCMS) Oversee content library and distribution in Xyleme LCMS, ensuring proper tagging, organization, version control, and platform analytics review (preferred experience).
Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Curate and manage content for learning channels, maintain a consistent learner experience, and support personalization initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting Utilize Tableau and platform-specific reporting tools to generate reports regularly, analyze platform performance and usage, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Lead data strategy to guide development of dashboards that track progress and business impact, integrating multiple enterprise data sources (Summit, Workday, etc.)
Collaborate with instructional designers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with organizational learning goals and design guidelines.
Represent the function in IOC Council meetings, collaborating with five academies/functions to curate, align, and govern learning content across platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms, coordinate with vendors, and ensure system integrations function properly.
Maintain governance standards, data accuracy, and compliance with learning technology best practices.
