Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support our Learning & Development initiatives across multiple districts, stores, and locations. This role is responsible for tracking training progress, creating and updating learning content, and ensuring timely communication with store teams and supervisors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about driving consistent and effective training across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Follow-Up and Reporting
  • Run reports and consolidate custom training data for each district, store, or location.
  • Create and distribute leaderboards to track performance and engagement.
  • Send follow-up emails to stores and supervisors regarding past-due trainings or incomplete modules.
  • Monitor and analyze training compliance and progress to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Content Curation and Updates
  • Curate, create, and update training modules across various areas including footwear, merchandising, sales, customer service, and department evaluations.
  • Ensure training content remains current by incorporating new systems, processes, and product updates (e.g., UKG interface, Bryte AI, Envoy, phone systems, and other tools).
  • Develop training outlines and supporting materials to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with store leaders, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to understand training needs.
  • Recommend improvements to training processes and materials based on feedback and observed outcomes.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all training content and updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software/tools quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in retail or multi-location business environments.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.
