Trainer with VRBO Experience - TP Rockwell

About the role

Training & Development Delivery work focuses on delivering and providing training for the general workforce and targeted functional and technical areas.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Prior experience supporting the Expedia account/Travel program.
• Mandatory: Vrbo stands for Vacation Rentals by Owner Experience
• At least 1-2 years of Trainer experience in a BPO environment.
• Experience facilitating training for Travel, Hospitality, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, adult learning methodologies, and performance coaching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering training materials including presentation materials, training guides and manuals, course evaluations
• Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements
• Executing specialized projects and activities
• Generating and initiating own workload
• Supervising work of less experienced professionals and providing professional expertise
• Taking responsibility for the end-product
• Managing and overseeing the implementation of short-term activities within the team
• Delivering professional responsibilities with a focus on professional excellence
• Managing a team of Individual Contributor co-workers
