Job Summary
The Trainer US Treasury Process will design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with bank SOPs and adult learning principles. This role owns quality metrics, call auditing, performance coaching, and compliance to ensure high operational standards within the US Treasury function.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver new hire, cross-skill, and refresher training programs
- Develop structured training plans aligned with US Treasury SOPs
- Facilitate onsite and virtual classroom sessions
- Conduct scenario-based, case-based learning, and simulations
- Administer assessments, certifications, and knowledge checks
Quality, Compliance & Calibration
- Own Quality Scores, Compliance Scores, and Repeat Error metrics
- Conduct call monitoring, call audits, and calibration sessions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards
Coaching & Performance Development
- Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback
- Conduct team briefings, coaching huddles, and performance discussions
- Partner with Operations to improve productivity and quality metrics
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain training MIS, scorecards, and performance reports
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Participate in calibration calls and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 36 years experience in Training, QA, or Operations within Banking or Treasury
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical listening, and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused and compliance-driven mindset
Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig City
