Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainer role based in Iloilo. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions, creating training materials, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring program effectiveness. The role also includes providing coaching, supporting employee development, and working to continuously improve training programs to align with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver effective training sessions
• Capability to design and develop training content, both written and digital
• Experience with evaluation methodologies to assess the effectiveness of training programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple sessions or initiatives
• Experience with technology-based learning tools and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field
• Background in healthcare, corporate training, or operations-specific training is a plus
