Candidate Profile
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Brief the training team on issues and assignments, listen to needs and concerns of team members, resolve issues, and be responsible for the coordination of backlog/live support schedules to facilitate a smooth transition to the product
Train and assist internal and external customers as needed on various aspects of the product
Provide assistance to other departments with product overview, database setup and conversion mapping as needed
Assist project coordinator with the scheduling of trainers for conversion
Responsible for facilitating backlog/live support
Provide agendas for each class to customer and trainers
Track customer class attendance and trainer evaluations completed by the customer using the Convergys spreadsheet programs and materials
Provide written evaluations of trainers performance and review with manager on a timely basis
Assist Educational Services with production of training materials and perform classroom training, as needed
Attend internal training classes in order to keep product knowledge up to date
Provide competent software support for clients, which requires rapid problem identification and resolution
Travel extensively (50%-70%) while managing own travel schedule and budget
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism
Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
Previous classroom teaching experience
