Trainer (Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced BPO Process Trainer / Learning & Development Specialist with a strong background in healthcare to develop employee skills, improve performance, and deliver engaging learning experiences. You will support new hire training, coaching, process updates, and performance improvement while partnering with Operations and Quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT), refresher, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs
• Deliver process, product, systems, compliance, healthcare, and soft skills training
• Use engaging methods such as discussions, role-plays, simulations, and case studies
• Monitor learner engagement, progress, and training effectiveness
• Conduct assessments, knowledge checks, and coaching sessions
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted learning interventions
• Provide floor support during nesting and post-training
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve performance
• Develop and update training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments
• Ensure content reflects current healthcare processes, client requirements, and business needs

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of BPO experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related environment, preferably healthcare BPO, medical, insurance, hospital, clinic, or healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, terminology, workflows, and customer/patient support
• Experience in training, coaching, QA, team leadership, or a related role is preferred
• Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, or blended training
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE, and Kirkpatrick Model is preferred
• Experience with LMS and training tools such as Canva, Captivate, Rise360, or Vyond is preferred
