Job Description
Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
Contract length: 12 months
Work Location: In person
- Develop and implement the ACM Training Plan for assigned projects
- Create, design and deliver training programs
- Design, structure, and develop online / eLearning content aligned with the adoption of proposed changes
- In coordination with the ACM team, contribute to a knowledge base for lessons
- learned and best practices
- Prepare training environments, scenarios and associated user accounts
- Initiate course evaluation and analyze collected feedback
- Develop instructional materials, primarily through knowledge base articles and microlearning videos, and possibly other training collaterals such as user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs and exercises to support training for staff in close coordination with the technical team
- Conduct briefings, road shows, brown bag and other training sessions for management and staff
- Establish early-life and other support activities
- Respond to training queries and concerns and escalate issues to technical and support teams whenever necessary
- Perform any other assigned tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, training, or organizational development projects.
- Experience facilitating training or change initiatives in large organizations.
- Understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
- Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
- Knowledge of stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training design.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathy, active listening, and adaptability.
- Ability to motivate and support staff through change.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Survey and feedback tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey).
- Documentation and reporting tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prosci Change Practitioner or equivalent – preferred.
- Certifications in training, facilitation, or digital transformation – an advantage.
