Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Trainer to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, coaching employees, and ensuring a smooth learning experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in delivering training in a corporate or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, upskilling programs, and refresher courses.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training using various formats, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning, and workshops.
- Assess learners progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Training & Quality Manager to update and improve training materials.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Support employees with coaching and on-the-job training as needed.
- Ensure training aligns with company goals, industry standards, and best practices.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage learners and adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable] is a plus.
- Proficiency in training tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City or BGC, Taguig City
- Must be willing to work in a rotating shift
