Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in US/UK banking operations
- Prior experience in training within a BPO, call center, or shared services environment
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Develop training materials and modules aligned with business needs
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with operations to ensure training effectiveness
- Support continuous learning and development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₱48,000 basic
- Allowance: ₱2,400
