The Traditional Services Student Intern will support the Service Delivery Support - Customer Data Management team in handling operational tasks related to customer data processing, service requests, and work queue management. This role provides exposure to traditional service operations, process workflows, and data handling within a global support environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer data requests, updates, and validations in internal systems
  • Support ticket, request, and work queue management, including follow‑ups, routing, and status tracking
  • Perform data entry, verification, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Help monitor and resolve data-related exceptions and operational issues
  • Assist in maintaining documentation of standard processes and workflows
  • Support team activities related to data governance and service operations
  • Prepare basic reports and assist with tracking using Excel or similar tools
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related computer‑based course
  • Must be able to render at least 450 internship hours (or as required by the school)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of data handling and system processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or workflow tools
  • Basic knowledge of data reporting or dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
