The Team You'll Join

You'll join a lean & capable Operations and Risk Team in Manilla, reporting to the Global Head of Operations. Ops & Risk is where the trading operation actually runs. We're the day-to-day fixers of: trade investigations, complaints, promos, IB/partner and sales requests, account admin, and the numbers other teams lean on. Everyone from Client Success and Banking to Sales, Compliance, Data, and Marketing runs through us. If it touches a trade or a client, it touches this team.

What You Will Own

• Triage, Investigate, Resolve: jumping on trading and operational issues as they land.
• Go-to Support: for Sales, Support, and Finance when they need answers fast.
• Infrastructure Ownership: keeping the trading environment maintained, accurate, and running smoothly.
• Daily Ops: running operational processes with the kind of precision that lets everyone else sleep at night.
• Always Improving: finding ways to make our pricing, products, and processes sharper.
• Compliance Strong: keeping us on the right side of the rules, every single day.

What Makes You Great In This Role

• Financial Markets DNA: You've lived and breathed financial markets (or at least spent enough time there to know what matters).
• Hands on the Tools: SQL and Python are in your toolkit.
• Qualification: A degree in a quantitative, technical, finance, or business-related discipline.
