Trading and Markets Analyst

We're looking for a Trading & Markets Analyst to join our team and help build and support a growing institutional trading business across both traditional and digital asset markets.

We're looking for candidates with experience in several of the following areas:

• Financial Markets (FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, or Digital Assets)

• Derivatives (Futures, Options, Swaps, Perpetuals)

• Trading Operations & Market Microstructure

• Financial Modeling & Quantitative Analysis

• Data Analysis & Process Automation

• Identifying, scoping, and driving AI initiatives that enhance trading workflows and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience working in a trading desk, broker, exchange, hedge fund, asset manager, or fintech

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Programming experience (Python is a strong advantage)

✔ Experience with market data APIs and trading APIs

✔ Knowledge of digital asset markets

✔ CFA Charterholder or CFA candidate is a plus
