Our International Trade Finance team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Trade Product Manager.

In this role you will own and support the development and management of Trade and Structured Trade Finance products, ensuring they are systemready, welldocumented, and aligned with business needs. You will also coordinate across Sales, Operations, Legal, and IT to drive smooth execution, monitor profitability, track market trends, and enable efficient rollout and adoption of trade finance solutions.

What The Role Will Entail

  • Own and manage the Trade and Structured Trade Finance product portfolio, including strategy, documentation, workflows, system requirements, and profitability monitoring
  • Act as the central coordinator across Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, and Compliance to ensure smooth product execution and regulatory alignment
  • Support product implementation and rollout activities, collaborating with IT, Operations, and Client Implementation teams
  • Define and document product workflows, system requirements, and process improvements for trade and SCF platforms
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and product profitability to recommend enhancements and corrective actions
  • Assist the Head of Trade with product materials, pipeline updates, strategic reviews, and participation in industry events to build visibility

What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, International Trade, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance, including at least 1 year in structured trade finance such as Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Buyer Finance, or Dealer/Distributorship Finance
  • Strong knowledge of core trade finance products (LCs, non-LCs, Guarantees, Export Bills) with demonstrated capability in structuring, pricing, and presenting both traditional and structured trade finance solutions
  • Familiarity with SCF platforms, digital onboarding workflows, and ability to translate trade mandates into client implementation and operations requirements while coordinating across cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of working capital drivers, cash conversion cycle, and trade-related financial metrics, with experience in preparing product programs, manuals, and supporting end-to-end deal execution
