Trade Strategy & Execution: Design and execute channel-specific trade programs, seasonal drives, and push/pull strategies tailored to retail, wholesale, food service, and key account channels.
POSM & In-Store Visibility: Lead the rollout of eye-catching point-of-sale materials, floor displays, end-caps, and specialized cold-chain merchandising units (freezers, chillers) to drive impulse purchases.
Category & Merchandising Management: Optimize shelf placement and planograms while enforcing FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to prevent stock expiration and minimize waste at store level.
Promotional Execution & Sampling: Coordinate in-store wet sampling sessions, trade schemes, bundles, and price-off campaigns to accelerate trial and product sell-out.
Field Audits & Cold-Chain Oversight: Conduct regular trade visits to audit brand presence, stock availability, competitive pricing, and ensure compliance with cold-chain storage and shelf-life standards.
Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage trade promotion allocations, track promotional spend effectiveness, and measure campaign ROI to optimize trade budgets.
Sales & Distributor Alignment: Work closely with the field sales team, distributors, and key accounts to ensure commercial targets match trade activity calendars.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
3–5 years of trade marketing or shopper marketing experience strictly within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Food Manufacturing.
Proven track record in managing Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets), Traditional Trade (distributors, wholesalers), and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering/Foodservice) channels.
Strong ability to analyze retail audit data, sales-out reports, trade margins, and promotional
Hands-on mindset with willingness to spend significant time in the field auditing stores, managing agency promoters, and coordinating with retail managers.
