Job Summary
The Trade Marketing Officer will be responsible for the business performance of his / her assigned region. He / She oversees the performance of the Trade Marketing Specialist in his /her assigned region. The trade marketing officer develops and execute Trade Marketing activities aligned with brand strategies and sales objectives.
EDUCATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Work Experience
- With at least three (3) years experience in trade marketing or promotions management in FMCG companies; can conceptualize, implement trade marketing promotions
- Atleast 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Competencies And Skills
- Ability to demonstrate the capacity to plan business activities and implement projects successfully
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Able coach and mentor colleagues to improve their practice, enhance their skills or advance their knowledge
