Job Description

Job Summary

The Trade Marketing Officer is responsible for executing trade marketing initiatives that enhance product visibility, drive sales, and strengthen brand presence across retail and distribution channels. The role supports automotive accessory and car care product lines through effective in-store execution, promotions, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Trade Marketing Execution
  • Implement in-store promotions, merchandising, and display initiatives.
  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility in line with brand standards.
  • Assist in executing trade campaigns, including discounts, bundles, and seasonal activities.
  • Brand and Product Support
  • Support product launches and promotional rollouts in trade channels.
  • Prepare trade materials such as POS displays and dealer kits.
  • Coordinate with Sales Teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Coordination and Monitoring
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely execution.
  • Monitor trade activities and ensure quality implementation across channels.
  • Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and field feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or related roles.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to conduct fieldwork when needed.
