About The Role
Were looking for a
Trade Marketing Manager who will take the lead in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Billeases presence at partner merchant locations. This role blends creativity with strategic execution perfect for someone who enjoys turning brand ideas into real-world visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all POS marketing efforts from in-store posters, signage, flyers, to agent kits.
- Drive marketing part of promo campaigns, both online and offline economics, mechanics, giveaways, gamified promos, staff contests, and more.
- Benchmark competitors and continuously improve our visibility and messaging in-store.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Merchant teams to align marketing with real-world execution.
- Manage designers, print suppliers, and promo vendors end-to-end.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or BTL promotions.
- Proven success driving in-store visibility and promotions in the Philippines market.
- Solid execution skills and understanding of what makes a customer stop and take action.
- Hands-on experience in managing vendor relationships, creative assets, and promo logistics.
- Bonus if you've worked in consumer finance, telecom, appliance retail, FMCG, or shopper marketing.
