Job Description

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
    • Manage the full campaign lifecycle-from ideation and planning to execution and post-analysis.
  • Channel & Brand Management:
    • Design tailored trade programs for various channels, including modern trade, general trade, and on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels).
    • Ensure consistent brand presence and impactful in-store and on-premise activations across all beverage brands.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
    • Maintain agility to adjust strategies based on market trends and brand priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for merchandising and promotional activities.
The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end trade marketing campaigns (strategy to execution).
  • Comfortable handling alcohol category and managing on-premise channels.
  • Strong ability to pivot quickly and adapt to multiple brand requirements.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
