Trade Marketing Analyst (Commercial Services Supervisor)

The Commercial Services Supervisor is an integral role in the Commercial Operating System of the Business Support Services Group.

1. He/ She provides direct support to the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager, in parallel to the Commercial Trade Marketing Group.

2. He / She is responsible for providing analysis in achieving business and cost efficiency in relation to Sales, Trade Marketing and Business Unit Programs to achieve optimal commercial fund management of total sales, category and distributorship programs and activities.

3.He / She is primarily responsible for providing the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager and Business Support Services Director, the mandatory reports such as Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews, Accruals and Efficiencies.

4. He/She will monitor and measure the Financial Analysis and prepare the Administrative Reports.

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate
• With 2-3 years experience as sales analyst, trade marketing analyst or commercial analyst in the same capacity, preferably obtained from the FMCG Industry / manufacturing or distributor business.
• Can manage travelling to and from Coral Way, Pasay from Monday-Friday / FULL ONSITE
• Self-driven, high potential, analytical and trainable
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and willing to work with cross functional teams
• Has a very strong collaboration skills
• Can perform tasks and activities with minimal supervision and can present to internal and external customers
