- • Hands-on experience implementing a trade finance platform (e.g., Trade 360 or equivalent) as part of a core
- banking transformation.
- • Strong functional knowledge of LC issuance/amendment, Guarantees, and Collections lifecycle processing.
- Experience defining trade finance interfaces with GL, payments, and reporting systems.
- • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in core banking
- transformation/implementation programs.
- • Proven experience working as an individual contributor who can independently drive solutioning, documentation,
- and approval, this is a hands-on role, not a purely supervisory one.
- • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to work with business teams, interface/platform teams, and Solution
- Architecture teams.
- • Experience preparing and obtaining sign-off on Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and integration design
- artifacts.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting solution options to senior
- stakeholders and vendors.
- • Should be in the Philippines for entire duration of the project.
