Trade and Marketing Officer

Job Description

Supports the planning and execution of in-store marketing initiatives across St. Joseph Drug branches. This role ensures that promotions and suppliers activities are effectively implemented to drive sales and improve customer experience. The position works closely with store operations, purchasing, and supplier partners to maintain strong product visibility and promotional execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing trade marketing campaigns across all store branches or in select branches for local store marketing efforts. Coordinate with suppliers on promotional requirements and materials. Prepare basic reports on campaign execution and product movement. Maintain records of trade marketing activities, budgets, and supplier support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail operations, merchandising, and promotions
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow execution standards
• Have basic data analysis and excel skills
