Job Description
The Trading & Accountability Executive mainly negotiates ad space and time slots with
various media outlets and makes sure that best cost, quality, and placement of
advertisements (i.e. Television and radio airtime, space within print publications, out-of-home platforms) are implemented according to the best media mix.
Overview of the role
As a T&A Executive you will be responsible for:
• Managing all requirements for all detailed plans, packages and implementation reports
for assigned accounts
• Developing effective media buying strategies
• Prepare schedules and adjustments when needed • Analyzes new platforms and
channels
• Ensure implementation, results and costs are matching with planned
• Works closely with the trading/media buying head
Job Qualifications
• A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or its
equivalent
• Preferably with work experience in a Marketing, Advertising or Media Agency
• An advantage if familiar with media buying, planning, and research especially with the key
programs and media tools including Nielsen Arianna, etc.
• Proficient in MS office software: MS Word, Excel
• Must be highly organized, innovative, analytical and keen to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced industry
• Can work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skill
