Tracking Corporate Assistant (Up to ₱40K | Remote | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH TIME)

You own the data integrity and coordination between lenders and insurance providers, acting as the primary link to ensure collateral—from real estate to vehicles—is properly protected. Your work involves reviewing complex policy batches, cross-referencing high-stakes data points like VINs and loan numbers, and resolving discrepancies through professional communication with external agents.

This is not a basic virtual assistant role. You operate within a structured insurance ecosystem where your Flowchart Mindset prevents documentation gaps and ensures SECURE protocol compliance. Best suited for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on data architecture, value operational cadence, and prefer clear, measurable outputs over ambiguity.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 1–2 years of experience in an operational, executive assistant, or insurance support role.
  • Hands-on responsibility for data verification, record management, or insurance policy review.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating VPN-connected environments.
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination, specifically managing professional email and fax correspondence.
  • Structural Commitment: Willingness to work a permanent night shift aligned with U.S. Pacific Time and maintain a stable home-office setup.

STRONG SIGNALS

  • College Graduate (any 4-year degree).
  • Prior experience with U.S.-based insurance or property & casualty (P&C) workflows.
  • Familiarity with SECURE document delivery protocols and internal tracking systems (e.g., Comet).

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Data Architecture & Processing

You own the Precision Engine—ensuring borrower information and lender interests are perfectly documented to prevent risk.

  • Review PDF batches of insurance policies to verify loan numbers, VINs, and addresses.
  • Update or architect new entries in internal applications, ensuring lenders are listed as Loss Payee or Mortgagee.
  • Maintain inventory integrity by categorizing and processing secure documentation within VPN environments.

Communication Triage & Coordination

You ensure the transition from missing data to a complete file is seamless through disciplined follow-ups.

  • Manage high-volume email and fax requests to insurance agents to retrieve missing policy details.
  • Extract and securely deliver critical documents (Impound Bills, Memos) to lenders under strict protocols.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and answer customer queries with a professional and authoritative demeanor.
