Track & Trace Specialist

We are looking for experienced logistics professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track shipments from pickup through delivery

• Follow up with local carriers for pickup and delivery confirmations

• Coordinate with P&D agents and middle-mile carriers

• Obtain and verify shipment charges and transportation updates

• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely status updates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in domestic freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics operations

• Ground transportation experience specifically required for freight operations

• Experience in Track & Trace activities and carrier communication

• Understanding of P&D operations and freight movement processes

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Conversational level English proficiency required for effective carrier communication

• Willing to work US business hours (night shift in the Philippines)

• Must be available to work 8PM-5AM Manila time to align with US business operations
