Role Description

The Township Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig or Pasay. The responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations within the township, implementing plans to maintain the area's safety, cleanliness, and functionality, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for residents and businesses. The role also involves fostering a sense of community, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and operational management skills to oversee the daily functions and events within the township.
• Excellent communication, client relations, and stakeholder management skills to build strong community and business relationships.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to address concerns or challenges efficiently.
• Knowledge of local regulations, community management practices, and property management policies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools for administrative and operational tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or community development is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig City or Pasay City.
